Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, effectively utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging therapeutic sessions employing a variety of established modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, continually assessing their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients who may face transportation barriers or prefer virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While relevant licensure and education are the primary qualifications, experience in private practice or outpatient counseling, particularly in virtual settings, will give you an edge.
