Shift Manager – McDonald’s We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an excellent experience for our customers and crew. Responsibilities Manage daily shift operations, including scheduling and staffing. Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to crew and other managers. Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions. Help departments meet their goals and targets. Plan and execute daily maintenance and cleaning. Conduct training and support team development. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive team‑player attitude.
