Position Details Title: Audiologist Location: Corpus Christi, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Driscoll offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance . Experienced Audiologists and new graduates with pediatric rotation experience are encouraged to apply! Graduates may interview for our roles prior to completing and passing their exam. Licensure is required to begin orientation. As part of the Driscoll family, you will provide life-changing care to children by diagnosing and treating hearing disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and play a vital role in supporting the auditory health of South Texas’ youngest residents. Essential Responsibilities Perform behavioral evaluations, including VRA, play, and conventional audiometry. Administer ABRs in inpatient and outpatient settings (Natural Sleep, Sedation, Anesthesia) Dispense and manage amplification devices including hearing aids, bone conduction hearing devices, and cochlear implants. Support ENT clinic and other specialty clinics Provide education to families and other professionals Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with the newborn hearing screening program requirements. Actively participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and community outreach. Qualifications Master’s degree or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology. Texas Audiologist Licensure (or ability to obtain prior to hire). CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). Strong flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic environment. Highly preferred: Pediatrics and cochlear implant experience, and ENT clinic exposure.
