Come join our talented group of sales and service professionals and build a rewarding career with Modern Automotive Network.Why Join Modern Nissan of Lake Norman?Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potentialSales consultants currently earning $60,000+, with top performers earning significantly morePerformance-based bonuses and incentivesClosed on SundaysStrong opportunities for career growth and advancementProfessional, team-oriented work environmentTraining and development providedEmployee discounts and pricingPaid holidays and Paid Time OffHealthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision401(k) eligibility after one year of serviceBilingual candidates are always encouraged to applyPrior automotive sales experience is helpful but not requiredPosition responsibilities include:Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience.Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs, preferences, and budget.Explain vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits to customers.Describe available options and accessories.Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations.Offer and facilitate test drives.Keep up to date on new Nissan products, features, technology, accessories, and their benefits to customers.Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and emails.Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Work with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience.Follow the dealership's sales process and utilize the tools and resources provided.Work toward individual and team sales goals.Position requirements include:Availability to work Saturdays.Availability to work during the week until 8:00 PM, except for scheduled early-out days and scheduled days off.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong people skills and the ability to easily communicate and build relationships with customers.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Willingness to learn, listen, accept coaching, and follow established processes.Strong work ethic, dependability, and motivation to succeed.Prior sales or automotive experience is a plus but not required.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Ability to reliably commute to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman.Modern Nissan of Lake Norman is a part of Modern Automotive Network.
