OneStream Senior Developer AI and Analytics Solutions Delivery Manager

Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work you'll do As a Delivery Senior Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for: Configure and develop OneStream solutions that support planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and reporting processes aligned to established solution designsBuild and maintain business rules, including calculations, validations, allocations, and transformations, using OneStream development tools and delivery standardsSupport data management activities, including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within OneStream and comparable corporate performance management platformsDevelop scripts and queries using VB.NET and Structured Query Language (SQL) to support automation, integrations, and issue resolutionExecute testing activities, resolve defects across workflows, data loads, reports, and business rules, and support stable releasesProduce technical documentation, including configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks, to support repeatable delivery and ongoing operations A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
