About the Role

As an ABA Therapist at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced team of therapists and supervisors to design and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs and goals. Your expertise and compassion will be instrumental in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our young clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism
• Implement ABA Therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistent treatment strategies and goals
• Provide Parent Training to empower families to support their children's progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy
