We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Metal Polishing & Floor Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be hands‑on with metal surface restoration, floor cleaning equipment, and hand sanders — delivering a high standard of workmanship for our commercial clients.Day-to-day responsibilities include operating metal polishing and buffing machines, hand sanders, and floor cleaning equipment; loading and unloading vehicles; maintaining equipment per documented procedures; and communicating any workmanship concerns promptly to your supervisor or operations director. You'll be expected to set job priorities, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and uphold a professional appearance at all times.We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience polishing and restoring metal surfaces. You must be able to communicate effectively in English, have a valid Drivers license, lift up to 50 lbs., and sustain physical activity (standing, bending, stooping) throughout your shift. A strong eye for detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and reliable attendance are non-negotiable.
