Duties

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Supervise and train new sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
