Metal Finisher / Bondo Technician – 3rd Shift
Kings Mountain, NC
Starting Pay: Starting at $24.50 + Shift Diff
We are currently seeking experienced Metal Finishers / Bondo Technicians for a 1st shift opportunity in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with consistent hours and overtime potential.
Shift Details:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 pm – 5:30 AM
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays when production requires
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply body filler (Bondo) to metal surfaces and components
- Sand, smooth, and finish surfaces to meet quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper surface preparation
- Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, and polish metal
- Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Bondo, sanding, or metal finishing required
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or body repair preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
