Little Heroes Home is a group home treatment setting for latency‑aged clients that specializes in trauma‑informed care. Little Heroes provides 24‑hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Schedule: This position is part‑time, 20 hours per week. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $32.00 to $42.00 per hour . The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Training Provided: You will be able to provide OT services while developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians by selecting therapeutic activities designed to achieve therapeutic goals for our students such as self‑care and wellness, independent life skills, sensory modulation, and activities of daily living. You will provide documentation on service recipient’s treatment plans, progress, and evaluation results per OT policy to provide information concerning content and effectiveness of Occupational Therapy treatment, recommend additional interventions, as indicated. You will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and by role‑modeling effective coping strategies. Benefits: Be who you are! Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required. Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
