You will join a collaborative team of pediatric specialists who value evidence-based practice, shared learning, and coordinated care. The environment is designed to be engaging and child-friendly, with treatment areas that support play-based interventions, gross motor activities, and functional skill development.As a Pediatric Physical Therapist in this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services tailored to each child's goals. Your caseload may include children with developmental delays, coordination disorders, cerebral palsy, post-surgical orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and other pediatric diagnoses. You will regularly collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education, home programs, and strategies that support carryover of progress into everyday routines.Your typical day will include scheduled one-on-one treatment sessions, periodic re-evaluations, interdisciplinary team discussions, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Patient visits are primarily scheduled during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, providing a predictable schedule and work-life balance with no evenings or weekends. Patient volume is managed to support high-quality, individualized care and meaningful family education, rather than short, high-turnover encounters.You will have the opportunity to work closely with other pediatric therapists and healthcare professionals, participate in case conferences, and contribute to program development for specialized populations or age groups.
