Server Position at Frasier

Find yourself in work that matters. Experience Frasier. What You Will Do As a Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. You'll prepare and maintain dining areas, ensure tables and service stations are clean and organized, and provide attentive meal service that reflects Frasier's commitment to hospitality. By building relationships with residents and learning their preferences, you'll help make every meal feel comfortable, personalized, and engaging. In this role, you'll also support the smooth operation of the dining department by accurately taking and delivering orders, assisting residents with menu selections, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment. You'll follow food safety and infection control standards, use dining systems and point-of-sale technology as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service while upholding Frasier's values and commitment to resident well-being.

What You Will Earn Pay Range : $18.40-21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Weekend shift times will vary between 6:30am and 8:30pm Weeknight evenings 4pm-830pm days will vary based on the needs of the area.

What You Will Need Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Clear, professional communication with residents, guests, and team members Basic computer skills and ability to learn dining or POS systems Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous dining, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
