Clinical Specialist I - CRM, Houston, TX

Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist I for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division based in Houston, TX. This field-based role provides engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, and field staff regarding CRM products.

Responsibilities

Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business for CRM products
Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support responding to field inquiries
Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals
Provide backup support to CRM sales representatives and interpret complex clinical problems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
Minimum 2+ years related experience or accredited cardiac training program certification
Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures
Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and cath lab/operating room protocols
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer skills for presentations and documentation
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate across teams

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
