Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This in-person opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact through the end of June, working with a diverse school-aged caseload.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Background in OT for educational, home health, or clinical environments
• Familiarity with developing and implementing interventions for students ages 4K-Elementary
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 32 students, with 24 requiring direct services
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering student growth and independence
• Flexibility and confidence in adapting to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted OT services in-person, focusing on students’ educational and developmental needs
• Assess and document students’ progress to inform and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions to 24 students, ensuring quality interventions for every child
• Contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and school documentation as required
• Maintain a supportive, engaging, and professional presence on site from ASAP through June 30
