Qualifications include at least 5 years of significant experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and related planning matters; an LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates strongly preferred; excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills; a professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor; the ability to manage sophisticated estate planning matters independently; a desire to build a long-term future with a respected boutique practice; strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.

Experience in elder law, probate, or trust administration is a plus, but the primary focus of this position is creating estate plans for sophisticated clients.

Significant experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, tax planning, and related wealth preservation strategies.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold an LL.M. in Taxation or are Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
