What you will do as our F&I manager:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options
• Work with urgency and precision to structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately
• Present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best approvals for our customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly
• Champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting

What we are looking for:

• Two or more years of dealership finance experience (sales management background is a plus)
• Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals
• Positive attitude with the hunger to push business to new heights
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Team oriented with leadership qualities
• Valid driver's license
