What You'll Do

As a Lead Installer, you'll be the person who keeps projects moving and clients happy.

• Lead installation crews on commercial furniture projects
• Read and interpret furniture plans, specifications, and layouts
• Coordinate daily job site activities
• Train and mentor installers
• Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are completed safely
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members
• Solve challenges in the field and keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Commercial office furniture installation experience
• Proven leadership experience leading crews on job sites
• Ability to read furniture plans and installation drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
