Manage and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Monitor shop workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency. Drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Review repair estimates and ensure recommendations are presented professionally and accurately. Maintain profitability through effective labor management, parts purchasing, and operational oversight. Track key performance indicators including sales, ARO, gross profit, labor margins, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members. Handle customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes. Ensure quality control standards are met on every repair. Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and overall facility operations. Prepare operational reports and communicate performance results with ownership. Foster a culture built on professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and integrity. Qualifications 5+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience. Strong background in automotive service sales and customer relationship management. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Experience managing shop financial performance and operational metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with shop management software (Tekmetric experience is a plus). ASE Service Consultant Certification is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
