This position offers supportive, flexible, and impactful work. The Position Location: Cottage Grove, MN 55016 Hours: Overnights Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 12‑hour shifts. Client Specifics: 15‑year‑old with gastrostomy tube and respiratory needs. Sign‑On Bonus Up to $4,000 for full‑time night shifts. Night & Weekend Bonus Structure Weekday nights (Mon–Fri): +$1 per hour Weekend nights (Sat–Sun): +$2 per hour Weekend days (Sat–Sun): +$1 per hour Company Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been providing top‑notch one‑to‑one care to children with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, school, and within their communities.
