Growth Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: US-California-San Jose Compensation: $131,200 - $180,400 / year Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding US Consumer Marketing team. This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who combines strong paid media expertise with a passion for consumer acquisition, creative optimization, and data-driven decision making.
With a primary focus on paid social and cross-channel performance marketing, you will lead campaign strategy and execution including: media buying, testing, optimization, and reporting across key digital platforms. Partnering closely with Creative, Content, Analytics and Agency teams, you'll help drive demand and business growth through innovative, full-funnel digital marketing programs.
You'll leverage consumer insights, data, and emerging AI-powered marketing capabilities to develop impactful campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. This role is instrumental in connecting creative storytelling with performance marketing to deliver measurable business results.
Role expectations • Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Manage media buying, budget allocation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Partner with Content, Creative, Brand, and Agency teams to develop platform-native campaigns and continuously improve creative performance through testing and audience insights.
• Collaborate with SEM/SEO, Analytics, and Web teams to ensure a connected consumer journey and integrated acquisition strategy.
• Design and execute testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, and platform capabilities to improve performance.
• Leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and automation solutions to enhance audience targeting, creative development, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform innovations, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
What we're looking for • Bachelor's Degree and 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing,
consumer acquisition.
• Proven hands-on media buying experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets across
Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other major platforms.
• Experience working within the Google ecosystem, including YouTube advertising, analytics, audience targeting, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4, reporting tools, and testing frameworks to drive optimization.
• Experience partnering with Creative, Content, Brand, and Agency teams to develop high-performing campaigns and consumer experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, marketing automation technologies, and data-driven optimization techniques.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

- Employee Stock Purchase Program (Employees must work 20 hours or more and be employed on purchase date to be eligible).
- Paid vacation of up to 17 days during the first full year of employment (currently accrued at the rate of 5.24 hours each pay-period), which carries over to a maximum cap of 30 days. Annual paid vacation time accrual increases based on tenure. Both exempt and non-exempt employees who work 32 hours or more per week receive prorated vacation accrual based on their regularly scheduled work hours and tenure.
- Sick time is accrued throughout the year at the rate of one hour for every thirty worked. Employees can carry over unused sick leave each year, up to a maximum balance of 80 hours.
- 11 Company-designated paid holidays throughout the year.
- If employed for at least 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 6 weeks of paid Parental Leave. If employed for less than 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 4 weeks of paid Parental Leave. All parental leave must be completed within one year of the birth or placement of the child. Parental leave is in addition to any state and/or local parental leave benefits. Three days of paid bereavement leave. In some cases, due to travel the amount of paid leave may be extended to 5 paid days off. To the extent applicable state or local law offers more generous benefits, Align complies with any such law.
- Non-exempt employees will receive full pay for up to 10 days of jury duty. Exempt employees will receive their full salary during any week they serve and perform any work. Other insurance such as legal, critical illness, voluntary accident, long-term care, auto, home and pet insurance are available for purchase.
