Qualifications Professional Degree in Architecture On track for licensure preferred Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Minimum of 3 years of recent design office experience Essential Skills and Responsibilities Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing, and consultant coordination Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of the project team Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction Experience with technical projects Strong organizational skills Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors Up to 10% travel is required. Employees are expected to work out of our Boston office 3+ days a week, consistent with Bergmeyer’s Flexible Work Policy. The base annualized salary is estimated to be between $55,000 – $74,880 annually ($27.00 – $36.00 per hour), contingent on relevant experience, plus a variable bonus and benefits.
