This includes making skilled repairs and performing related work as required and providing leadership and training to the custodial team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including district policies and guidelines, and union contracts. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years as a successful District School Board of Pasco County Assistant Plant Manager Must be accepted into the Plant Manager pool Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS Current and valid Florida Limited Lawn and Ornamental Pesticide and Applicators Certification and License or become licensed within 90 days of appointment Current and valid Pasco IClean Master Custodian Certification or equivalent Background Screening: Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
