Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to provide care in a Home Health setting across Des Moines and Central Iowa. This role includes primary home health coverage with some assisted living facility visits. Opportunities are available PRN, part-time, or full-time. Flexible scheduling is available. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort providing care in Home Health and occasional Assisted Living Facility (ALF) settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel within Central Iowa, including Des Moines and Dallas Center.
• New graduates are eligible to apply.
