What You'll Do Lead & Develop a Winning Team Drive Store Performance & Profitability Ensure High Standards in Food & Safety Maintain a Clean & Organized Store What We're Looking For 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (High-volume preferred) Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, as needed Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required)
