Job Description Are you interested in uncovering how money moves, solving financial puzzles, and supporting the expert analysis used to settle major insurance and legal claims? Our Forensic Accounting Internship gives college students hands‑on experience working alongside experts who analyze financial data for litigation, insurance claims, and complex disputes. Responsibilities Review financial reports, schedules, and support documentation Participate in planning sessions with accounting and engagement teams Input, organize, and analyze financial and invoice data Conduct research to trace funds and identify assets Assist in the evaluation of insurance claims and economic damages Support litigation files, business valuations, and property‑related claims Prepare summaries and reports based on financial findings Complete industry and company research Handle additional tasks assigned by your line manager Qualifications Actively pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Typically, senior standing (90+ credits) Prior internship experience preferred Must be able to prioritize, multi‑task, and work in a fast‑paced environment Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Additional languages considered an asset MDD applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to religion, race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
