Overview ORGANIZATION: Citizen Care Inc. DEPARTMENT: In Home and Community Support Services POSITION: Manager - Walden Senior Citizen Center STATUS: Full-Time; 40 hours / week SCHEDULE: Flexible to meet the needs of the program (primarily daylight) LOCATION: Robinson Township Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a non-profit organization, accredited by the Council on Quality & Leadership. Citizen Care has locations throughout the West Hills and South Hills of Allegheny County. Responsibilities General Responsibilities The coordination of services and supports Focus on CQL’s Quality Measures Compliance with CCI’s Policies and Procedures Compliance with 2380 Regulations as determined by service facility Compliance with the Older Adult Daily Living Center Regulations 6 PA Code / Chapter 11 as determined by service facility Performance of all ISP responsibilities of the Program Specialist position in accordance with the 2380 Regulations Compliance with the Department of Human Services’ medication administration guidelines Quality Improvement / Assurance Planning Completion of all responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Agency’s Vision, Mission and Values Personal / Professional development Other duties as specified Cash Incentives Up to $2,500 Employee Referral (for successfully referring someone to Full Time employment) Benefits Full Time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental and Vision Insurances $1,200 cash payout option in lieu of Health Insurance coverage Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account 16 to 26 Paid Days Off / year Wellness Days (2 per year) Sick Time 8 Paid Holidays Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Life Insurance Optional 401(k) with Employer match Work Perks Paid orientation and training Free parking (select locations) Employee Activities, Rewards and Recognition Programs Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program Qualifications Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities; OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities; OR Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities; OR One (1) year management/supervisory experience preferred Experience in designing and implementing services and supports plans Excellent communication and writing skills Excellent references, both work and personal Act 34 Clearance and FBI Clearance, if applicable Compensation Minimum Compensation: USD $45,000.00/Yr.
