ASCP - Medical Laboratory Technician

ASCP: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Core Responsibilities:

  • Laboratory Analysis: Conduct a variety of lab tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Result Accuracy: Ensure that test outcomes are accurately reported and delivered promptly.
  • Instrument Care: Keep laboratory instruments well-maintained, adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must hold an MT or MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent).
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a commitment to patient-focused care.
