Dining Room Server

Touchmark at Georgetown, Central Texas' leading full-service retirement community, is looking for caring, friendly, and dependable individuals to join our Dining Services team as Servers.

As a Dining Room Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. In this role, you will greet residents by name, take meal orders, answer questions about the menu, serve meals and beverages, and help ensure the dining room remains clean, attractive, and running smoothly. You may also assist with special events and catered functions throughout the community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and being part of a positive team environment.

Available schedules include full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.

No prior serving experience is required, but you must:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Enjoy working with older adults and providing friendly, respectful service
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to remain patient, professional, and tactful when interacting with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
