Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

We offer flexible sign-on bonus options to fit your needs:

• Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
• Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• 12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM
• 8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Units You May Float To Include: Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more!

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License: Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
