- Reliable transportation : Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
- Fully equipped : Possess a complete set of tools necessary for carpentry and related tasks.
- Experience : 35 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
- Professionalism : Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Work ethic : Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
