Kitchen and Bath Designer

Role: Kitchen & Bath Designer / Salesperson Full-Time, In-Person Location: Newark, NJ The hours are 5 days in the showroom and Saturday mornings. Given they will be on commission, they want designers who can sell AND speak English and/or Spanish or Portuguese. 70% of their clients speak Spanish. Base salary + commission that can get them over 100K plus 401K and benefits. Looking for good personalities who are already selling and designing in the NJ area. Key Qualifications Experience in kitchen and bath design using 20/20 Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively share ideas and information with clients and team members, fostering lasting professional relationships and resolving conflicts Job Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and needs Create custom kitchen and bath designs using 20/20 Design Software Prepare quotes and accurately place orders Maintain a professional and client-focused approach to ensure satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
