Role reports to: Warehouse 2nd Shift Team Lead

Location: North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz

Work Location: Fully Onsite

Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Warehouse Generalist-2nd shift 3rd shift multiple openings

Our Warehouse Generalists are responsible for operating forklifts to load/unload trailers and transporting pallets of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility in support of our manufacturing and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and transport pallets of raw materials, packaging components, operating supplies, finished goods and other materials to and from various plant locations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Inventory Management System (SAP) and utilize it effectively in a production environment.
• Perform sanitation and light maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping of the receiving and shipping docks and other areas of the Warehouse.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED required
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a Warehouse and / or Manufacturing / Packaging facility
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in various subjects: reading, arithmetic, inspection and measurements, and mechanical aptitude through computerized testing.
• Flexibility and ability to work available shift: 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) Monday to Friday as well as overtime Monday to Friday, weekends and Holidays, as necessary. 3rd shift (11:00pm-7am)
• Physical ability to manually lift material up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications:

• Work experience within a GMP facility
• SAP or other inventory management system experience
• Experience operating 5 high reach truck and slip sheet forklifts in a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility
• Experience at loading intermodal, dry van, and refrigerated units

*** These positions are under a Collective Bargaining Agreement in a Union environment. Applicants will need to pass a series of computerized tests as well as an interview and will be considered based upon these results as well as their experience and skills.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $42,500.00 - $60,000.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
