Product Manager, SaaS

Owning and evolving key features of Decisiv's SRM platform, the full-time remote Product Manager, SaaS will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive the re-design of critical workflows, and engage with customers to translate insights into product decisions. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features and functional areas of the SRM platform, from discovery and design through delivery and continuous improvement Drive the re-design of critical SaaS workflows including Estimate Creation, Communications, Scheduling, and Parts Inventory Intelligence Engage directly with customers and user personas to understand their needs and translate insights into product decisions Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area Proven ability to engage customers and translate insights into well-defined requirements and product decisions Experience defining and tracking outcome-based success metrics using product analytics tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering iteratively in a collaborative team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
