Zinn Insurance is in a rapid growth phase. We are seeking a highly persuasive, energetic, and detail-conscious Group Benefits Experience Specialist to own the employer benefits journey from implementation through renewal.

This is a high-responsibility operations seat. In this role, you will not just be managing paperwork; you will be protecting our hard-earned relationships, ensuring system accuracy, and delivering an exceptional experience to our employer clients and their employees. We will provide clear systems and structure—your mission is to bring them to life with high energy, patience, and absolute accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Implementation & Onboarding: Guide new employer groups through employee benefits onboarding and implementation, ensuring frictionless transitions.
• Renewal Coordination: Support renewal preparations, plan updates, and employer strategy discussions proactively.
• System Integrity: Maintain clean data across Employee Navigator, AgencyBloc, Monday.com, and carrier portals.
• Enrollment Experience: Lead and support clear, confident, and empathetic employee benefits enrollment meetings.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted point of contact for client HR teams and carriers, resolving issues with warmth, clarity, and urgency.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or operational role within employee benefits, insurance account management, HR support, payroll, or financial services.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, and basic pivot tables) and complex system portals/navigating sites (required).
• Logistics: Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX. Willingness to work extended hours when seasonal volume increases.
• Systems (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with Employee Navigator, AgencyBloc, Monday.com, and/or carrier enrollment portals.
