Class B Truck Driver

Primary Job Accountabilities As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil. Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs. Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service. Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. Education, Requirements & Competencies What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement. Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.). Strong safety mindset. Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma, GED highly preferred. 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience. Bilingual. Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting. Driving record expectations: Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations (past 36 months); Zero Tolerance (past 5 years): No speeding over 100 mph. Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen; Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire. Benefits Compensation: $26.00 per hour + shift differential + OT + quarterly bonus up to $5,200/yr. Available Shift(s): 4/10s, Sunday to Wednesday, start time around 3pm; local routes with 2 overnight/hotel stay per week. No freight to move.
