Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models.
• Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients clearly.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
• ASE certification preferred; must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
