Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Monitor and update patient records, test results, and reports
• Educate patients and families on treatments and medications

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license (or compact license; FL license required within 90 days)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)
• Acute care experience required (no recent LTAC)
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and basic computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hour
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days) / $15K (Nights)
• Relocation assistance (case by case)
