Medical Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) Bethany Medical is a multi‑specialty medical practice located throughout the Triad region of North Carolina. We are dedicated to providing excellent preventive and interventional care for all community members. Abilities Initiating Action – Take prompt action to accomplish objectives beyond what is required and demonstrate proactive behavior. Stress Tolerance – Maintain stable performance under pressure and manage stress in a professional manner. Customer Focus – Effectively meet customer needs, build productive relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Planning and Organizing – Create courses of action for self and others to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Building Trust – Interact in a manner that gives confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑starter who can adapt to departmental changes when necessary. Patient Interaction – Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and customer service competencies. Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
