Position: Leasing Consultant Location: Winter Park, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience: Previous leasing experience required Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email Conduct community tours and highlight apartment features and amenities Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects in a timely manner Process applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork accurately Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies Assist with resident relations and provide excellent customer service Support marketing and outreach efforts to help increase occupancy Maintain organized leasing files and accurate data entry Position Requirements Bilingual Spanish and English highly Preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, professional, and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software Reliable transportation and dependable attendance We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Aff. employer.
