The Role This is a part-time, in-office administrative position with real room to grow. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients and the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps everything in its place. For the right person, this role can grow into hands-on bookkeeping work over time. Strong attention to detail, especially with file names, dates, and numbers Comfortable with technology — Microsoft, email, scanning, and basic spreadsheets; experience with QuickBooks Online or SharePoint is a plus but not required Friendly phone presence and professional communication Self-starter who can see what needs doing and do it without being told Valid driver's license for occasional pickups/errands Room to Grow We'd love to find someone who wants to learn. As you get comfortable, this role can expand into client bookkeeping work, bank reconciliations, transaction categorization, and more — with pay and hours growing alongside your skills. Details Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20-24 hours per week, Monday-Thursday/9:00AM – 3:00PM Pay: $12-14/hour, depending on experience Location: 210 North First Street, Lufkin, TX (in-office) Reports to: Owner #J-18808-Ljbffr Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce
