Engineering Technician II — Yield & Process Quality

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, located in Ohio, is seeking a technician to support non-conformance reviews, MRB rework disposition, and data-driven yield improvements across multiple manufacturing steps. You will collect and report non-conformance trends, read prints and specs, and work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to disposition parts, define rework, and coordinate corrective actions.
