PRN RN Visit Nurse

Interim HealthCare is seeking a PRN RN Visit Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. In this flexible, per-visit role, you will complete assessments, manage medications, perform wound care, and coordinate care plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and treatment options while promoting independence and quality of life. You’ll document accurately in the EMR, follow clinical protocols, and uphold Interim HealthCare’s compassionate, patient-first values across the local community.
