Senior Warfare Analyst

Lead the execution of a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). Oversee complex, multi-domain efforts that shape the future of naval warfare technology. Provide advanced analytical and operational support across multiple Navy and Joint warfare domains. Conduct doctrine research, development, and analysis; applying Operations Research/Systems Analysis methods. Support studies of concepts, system designs, and emerging technologies. Analyze Tactical Decision Aids and Post-Mission Analysis functions. Develop analytical inputs for CONOPS, CONEMP/CONOES, Fleet TACMEMOs, NTTPs, Analysis of Alternatives, mission readiness assessments, risk and cost analyses, requirements development, and technology assessments. Requirements 10+ years of relevant civilian or military professional experience. Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field. Strong understanding of fleet operations and operational-level analysis. Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to diverse stakeholders. Active DOD Secret clearance. Advanced degree in Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field - preferred.
