Interim Chief Financial officer

Our client is a professional services company and is looking for an interim CFO to bridge a transition gap. The company is headquartered in USA and has a strong presence in Singapore and India.As the Interim CFO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial strategy of our client during a transition period. You will provide strategic financial leadership, drive financial planning, and ensure sound fiscal management to support this client. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our mission and goals, ensuring financial stability and sustainability. Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and cost management. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive leadership team and board, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity while maintaining a prudent financial posture. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and government agencies, to ensure transparency and compliance. Special Projects: Lead financial assessments and due diligence for potential strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role. Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional finance certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or Master's in Finance preferred. Duration: This is an interim role with an estimated duration of six to nine months.
