Direct Support Professional for Summer

Overview Creed Medical Group Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the summer season. As a Summer Direct Support Professional, you will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage participation in seasonal community events, and support their overall well-being in a supportive, engaging environment. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs Support and encourage clients' participation in summer activities and community outings Implement individualized support plans under supervision Maintain documentation of care and progress Ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for clients Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is advantageous but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible summer hours, including weekdays and weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others Benefits Flexible Schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
