PACKAGER - $20/HR- $24/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP What You'll Do

As a Packager, you'll help prepare customer orders by picking, packing, labeling, and shipping products. You'll use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse systems to keep inventory accurate and ensure orders are shipped on time.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Label, wrap, band, and prepare products for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and barcode scanners to track inventory.
• Move and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load completed orders onto pallets for shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and general warehouse duties.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

• 6+ months of warehouse, packing, or distribution experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and ability to print labels.
• Experience with picking, packing, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Warehouse, production, or general labor experience.
• Packaging and labeling experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.84/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Stillwater,MN.
