Compensation structure includes base pay with increases depending on performance and commission available on top of base pay.

Responsibilities include driving membership sales within the studio and holding the Sales Associate to the same standard, driving membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone, providing excellent customer service, leading and coaching Sales Associates, driving member retention, tracking KPIs, and promoting the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching.

Qualifications include sales leaders who can confidently connect with all guests and convert them to members after their first session, being driven and competitive by holding staff accountable to exceeding all sales goals, being well organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills, and being a goal setter responsible for assisting the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.

Stretch Zone uses patented and proprietary equipment, following specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior. Our clients enjoy an increase in athletic performance and range of motion, as well as reduced stiffness and improved reaction time.
