Business/ Data Analyst

Job Title

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Work with business stakeholders and/or vendors to understand, shape, and deliver business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Implement a data lake and extract various enterprise data to support supply chain analytics
• Correlate and analyze trends in data to help business users make effective decisions
• Develop and utilize dashboards effectively
• Oversee overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production
• Collaborate to perform data and process analyses required
• Provide database design guidance based on a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of science in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in analytics or relevant field
• Strong and hands-on report and dashboard development using SQL & powerbi dax required
• Strong knowledge of azure data factory, azure data lake, databricks, power apps, power automate, java, python, r, scala, javascript, css highly preferred
• Significant experience working for a fortune 500 company with a lot of data highly preferred
• Significant work experience with agile sprints preferred
• Solid computer skills, including microsoft office, web-based applications
• Ability to lead small- to medium-sized bi analysis and development projects (analyze, plan, do)
• Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with outside contracting vendors, and software application providers.
