Sweep and clean the kitchen floor, dispose of trash, and complete any necessary cleaning tasks. Wash dishes and dry them in accordance with Health Code regulations. Assist service staff with guest requests as needed. Effectively communicate and resolve issues with management when necessary. Collaborate with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Follow manager’s directions during shifts. Requirements: Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English. Authorization to work in the United States. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of food sanitation and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and high energy levels. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Exceptional verbal communication skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to bend and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level. Ability to transport items up to 50 lbs over distances of up to 25 feet. Capable of standing and being active for an 8-12 hour shift. Able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a noisy environment.
