You will oversee facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective environments, while leading teams, managing resources, and supporting business needs through strategic facility planning and execution. This role is onsite supporting our Plymouth Facilities * Manages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities* Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related costs* Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department* Oversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion* Establishes and oversees health and safety standards, as applicable* Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the function* Ensures corrective and preventative maintenance occur in a timely fashion and that work orders are recorded in CMMS* Coordinates contractors to complete projects and tasks as necessary**Must Haves**High School Diploma and 1+ year of Facilities experience**Nice to Have*** Management of financial and material resources* Critical thinking* Project management* Management of personnel resources* Collaboration and productivity software* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systemsFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
